Avicenna Health is a Virginia US firm, incorporated in March 2016, providing consultancy and capacity building services in medical and health professions education, global health, and public health systems strengthening. As the parent company behind Avicenna Health Institute, we work directly with governments, universities, and health institutions, combining international best practice with local context to design solutions that hold up in the field. Our work spans health professions, education consulting, program monitoring and evaluation, health research support, DHIS2 implementation, and academic journal publishing support for researchers in developing countries, where, by current estimates, only 3% of published research originates.
